Step 1
In a large skillet over high heat add butter. Once melted add in apples brown sugar cinnamon and vanilla. Sauté for five minutes. Add in cornstarch and stir until sauce has thickened then cut the heat. To stuff place your egg roll place a wrapper on a diagonal. Add apple filling to the center roll it tuck in the sides and seal it closed with water. Deep fry until golden brown or to air fry spray egg rolls with nonstick spray and air fry at 400° for 12 minutes until golden brown. Immediately role in cinnamon sugar. Serve as is or top with caramel sauce.
