Instructions
Step 1
Brown chicken pieces and chorizo, remove from pan.
Fry onion, garlic, and red pepper 5mins, add tomatoes, saffron, paprika, cook for another 2 minutes.
Add rice and stir together. Add 1pt of stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add chicken and chorizo plus rest of stock.
Leave to simmer 10 minutes.
Add seafood and peas and cook for 5 minutes.
