ONE POT SMOKED SAUSAGE AND RICE
This sausage and rice dish is a quick one pot meal that is full of flavor. I like to use Kielbasa beef sausage, but any type of sausage will work. I also like to use Jasmine rice. I have not tried any other grain, but it should work the same as well.

Instructions
Step 1
In deep skillet, heat 2 tbs of olive oil and cook sausage over medium high heat.
Step 2
Remove sausage from pot, then and add in 1 tbs of olive oil and diced vegetables, sauté until translucent.
Step 3
Add rice into pot, butter, chicken broth, Rotel, and seasonings. Stir and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Cover with lid, reduce heat to a simmer, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Step 5
Once rice is cooked, and in your cooked sausage, fluff rice, and serve.
