Instructions
Step 1
Bring steaks to room temp 30 minutes before cooking. Season as desired. Heat oven to 275 place steaks on oven safe grate on top of cookie sheet. Well done pull at 165 internal temp about 75 minutes may need to butterfly before searing
Med well 157 internal temp about 60 minutes
Medium 145 internal temp about 40 minutes At 30 minute mark adjust oven temp to 285
Medium rare internal temp about 30 minutes
Preheat griddle ignite 5 minutes then adjust to sear temp (high) and heat another 5 minutes
Remove steaks from oven 1/2 tablespoons of butter melt Sear steaks butter down 1 minute 30 seconds put remaking butter on top of steak
Flip and sear 1 minute 15 seconds
