Instructions

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 350. Defrost and drain the spinach. Chop the bell pepper, garlic, and tomato. In a large bowl whisk the eggs, add in the spinach, bell pepper, tomato, milk and cream, salt and pepper. Poor the mixture into a non-stick prepared 12 cup cupcake tin. Add pop in the over for 12-15 minutes. Don't over cook the egg bites as the eggs will become rubbery.
