Preheat oven to 160°C and lightly grease a 12-hole muffin tin with oil.

Step 2
Crack eggs into a large bowl. Add milk and whisk together. Add almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt and mix together. Add cheese and butter and mix until combined. Divide into muffin tin and bake for 20 minutes until golden. Transfer to rack to cool slightly. Spread with vegemite for a delicious savoury snack. Remaining muffins can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
