Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 180°C and grease or line a muffin tin.
Step 2
Cut wraps into quarters and press into the muffin tin to create a shell for the filling (I used 1.5 Mountain Bread wraps).
Step 3
Whisk eggs in a bowl, then mix in the ricotta, yoghurt, bacon, salt & pepper.
Step 4
Pour filling into the shells, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes until egg mixture is cooked through.
Step 5
Garnish with chives, serve hot or cold.
