Instructions
Step 1
Cut bacon into small pieces, and cook on sauce pan until crisp.
Step 2
Add peppers and garlic, and let sizzle for a few minutes.
Step 3
Reduce heat to a little less than medium, CC add whip cream. Bring to simmer for about 10 minutes or so.
Step 4
Add cheese a little bit at a time, starting with the velveeta. Make sure cheese is completely melted before adding more.
Step 5
Once completely melted, remove from heat. Allow to cool, then put in canning jars and close lids. They should seal as it cools. Put it in the fridge. Once completely cooled, should be the consistency of a cheese dip.
