½ cupsoy sauce

½ cupolive oil

1zest of lemon
finely grated

6 tablespoonsfresh lemon juice

⅓ cupworcestershire sauce

¼ cupfresh basil
chopped

2 tablespoonsdried parsley

1 Tbspdijon mustard

2 tspred pepper flakes

1 tspground white pepper

1 tspground black pepper

1 tspkosher salt

1 tspsugar

1 tspdried minced garlic

4 lbrib-eye steaks
Instructions
Step 1
In a dish large enough to hold the steaks, combine all of the marinade ingredients.
Step 2
Place the steaks in the marinade, turn to coat, and refrigerate for at least four hours and up to 24 hours.
Step 3
Remove the steaks from the marinade and pat them dry with paper towels. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium high heat until smoking hot. Add the steaks and grill without moving for two minutes, then turn them 90° to get those fancy hatch marks. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, until the steak is nicely browned, and flip. Cook four minutes longer for medium rare or to your preferred doneness.
Step 4
Remove from the grill and let rest on a platter for four minutes. Serve.
