Step 1
Brown ground beef in a skillet on medium high heat add your seasonings and the onion and garlic. Let that cook until the beef is cooked throughout and the onions are soft. Drain the grease from the pan. Add the rotelle tomatoes tomato sauce beef broth and uncooked rice. Stairwell, cover with lid, cook on medium low heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked. Stir about halfway through. Top of the shredded cheddar cheese and let melt. Serve with tortilla chips wrap in a burrito or eat as is. Enjoy!
