Chocolate covered dates
These Chocolate Covered Dates are a sweet treat that you’re going to love. I Took out the pit then I filled them with Almonds, cashews, pistachios and peanut butter. I dipped them in melted chocolate you can use milk or dark chocolate. Then I topped each one with crush almonds, cashews, pistachios and crushed roasted peanuts.

Instructions
Step 1
Cut a slit in the top of each date and gently remove the pit.
Step 2
Fill each date with a heaping 1/2 teaspoon of peanut or the almonds, pistachios or cashews
Step 3
Melt some chocolate in the microwave in 30 second increments until smooth
Step 4
Working one at a time, dip each date into melted chocolate until the date is fully covered in chocolate.
Step 5
Place on a tray lined with parchment paper, top each one with more of the crushed nuts. You can place the date in the fridge or at room temperature until the chocolate hardens and enjoy.
