Step 1
Salt and pepper roast generously. Rub minced garlic all around the roast. Slice onions and place on bottom of crock pot. Place roast on onions, fat side up. Place potatoes and carrots all around the roast. Sprinkle onion soup packet on meat and vegetables and dump cream of mushroom soup on top. Close lid on crock pot and cook on low for 10-12 hours. Serve with rice.
