Instructions
Step 1
Begin with placing the bacon in a preheated oven at 200c/390f for 10-12 minutes or until completely crispy.
Step 2
Meanwhile finely chop the garlic and grate roughly 1 bowlful of each cheese.
Step 3
Remove the bacon and chop into bits.
Step 4
Get a sauce pan on a medium heat and add the butter. Once melted, add the garlic and stir for a minute. Then add the flour and stir well for 1-2 minutes.
Step 5
Slowly, bit by bit, pour in the milk whilst continuously stirring. Keep pouring until you have a smooth, thick sauce.
Step 6
Turn the heat down to low and add the cheese, stir until melted through.
Step 7
Season with the paprika, oregano, chilli powder, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Step 8
Put the pasta onto boil in salted water and cook until Al dente.
Step 9
Drain and add to a baking dish. Pour over the cheese sauce and top generously with shredded mozzarella.
Step 10
Place in the oven at 180c/350f for 25-30 minutes until golden and crisp on top.
Step 11
Leave to rest for 10 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
