Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in a casserole over medium low heat, then add minced garlic and flour little by little until you form a paste.
Step 2
Add milk little by little, stirring with a whisk to prevent any lumps. Keep stirring until it thickens.
Step 3
Season with salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
Step 4
Lower the heat, add your grated cheeses in, little by little, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
If your sauce is too thick, you can add some pasta water.
Step 6
Boil your pasta in some salted water and take it out 3 mins before its cooking time.
Step 7
Mix your pasta with your cheese sauce, then layer it in an oven dish with more grated cheese on top.
Step 8
Bake for 10-15 mins (180C/360F).
