Ingredients

4 cupsgluten-free chicken broth
4 cupsskinless chicken breasts
diced, cooked
2 cupsfrozen mixed vegetables
1 tablespoondried sage
1 tablespoondried thyme
1 tablespoononion powder
2 teaspoonsalt
2 cupsunsweetened almond milk
6 tablespoonscornstarch

DUMPLINGS
Instructions
Step 1
1 In a large pot, add chicken broth, chicken, vegetables, sage, thyme, onion powder, and salt. Bring to a low boil over medium heat.
Step 2
In a small bowl, add milk and cornstarch together and stir until corn- starch is dissolved. Pour the milk mixture into the large pot with chicken broth and stir until fully combined. Continue to boil.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs. Add Bisquick and stir. Add the buttery spread and milk to the Bisquick mixture and stir until fully combined.
Step 4
The batter will be sticky.
Step 5
Using a greased ice cream scoop, drop dumpling batter into the chicken broth mixture. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 min utes. Cover and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from heat
Step 6
and serve.🥰
