This fresh and healthy grilled peach salad is perfect for summer entertaining! ☀️
If you haven’t tried adding grilled peaches to your salads, then this is your sign to start! They add the perfect amount of sweetness to complement the tang of vegan feta. Plus, the 1-minute balsamic mustard dressing is, in my opinion, AMAZING!

¼ cupolive oil
2 Tbspbalsamic vinegar
1 Tbsplemon juice
1 TbspDijon Mustard
1 TbspRice Malt Syrup
0.25 TspGarlic Powder

Salad Ingredients:
Instructions
Step 1
Place all dressing ingredients into a jar and shake well until combined. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat the George Foreman. Line peaches on the grill and brush with olive oil. Grill for 2 minutes on each side, or until grill marks appear. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
Step 3
Combine all salad ingredients, drizzle over the dressing and enjoy! Store in the fridge for 3-4 days.
