Instructions
Step 1
Make 12 shots of espresso, pour into ice cube tray and freeze.
Step 2
Put the cream and honey in a saucepan and bring to a low boil.
Step 3
Reduce to low heat and continue stirring for 1 hour.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Step 5
Pour cream mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze.
Step 6
Put 2 shots worth of espresso cubes and 1/6th of the frozen cream cubes into a blender or food processor.
Step 7
Add the milk into the blender/food processor and combine.
