150mlwater

1 tsponion powder

1 tspdried basil

½ tspgarlic powder

½ tspdried oregano

½ tspsalt

Instructions
Crust (6/7 pizzas)
Step 1
In a stand mixer, combine sugar and water. Sprinkle yeast over the top of the water et let bloom for about 10min.



Step 2
Add in salt, olive oil, and flour and mix to form a dough (dough will be sticky).



Step 3
Put into oiled bowl and toss to coat and cover with a damp towel. Put into a warm place to rise for about 1h or until double in size.
Tomato sauce (2 pizzas)
Step 4
Medium H : In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except the cheese and stir constantly until bubbly.







Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted. Then set aside to cool before using.

Pizzas
Step 6
Turn your dough out without punching down and starting in the center and using only your fingertips, press dough out to the edges of the pizza pan, leaving a slight lip around the outside.
Step 7
Spread the pizza sauce on the top of the crust to about 2cm of the edge. Top with cheese and then whatever topping you so choose.


Step 8
Bake for 10-12 min at 260°C (or until golden brown and toppings are cooked).
