Instructions

Step 1
In a medium sized bowl mix half the flour, yeast, salt, sugar, olive oil, and garlic powder together
Step 2
Once mixed, slowly add the rest of the flour, continuing to stir
Step 3
Using some flour knead the dough and shape it into a ball
Step 4
In a second bowl pour some more olive oil and spread it around with the dough ball
Step 5
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place for 30 minutes or so. About half way through preheat the oven to 480
OvenOvenPreheat
Step 6
Once the dough is proofed, use some flour on the counter and place the dough ball in the flour. Spread the dough with your hands and then slap the shit out of it. Once the dough is punished correctly, place it on a pizza tray
Step 7
Using a ladle, spread about 3/4 of a cup of pizza sauce starting at the middle and using circular motions spread the sauce to the crust
Step 8
Top the sauce with onions, and then spread the cheese so it covers the sauce.
Step 9
Thinly cut the pepperoni and place it on the cheese. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF PUTTING THAT BEAUTIFUL PEPPERONI UNDER THE CHEESE YOU HEATHENIST MONSTER!
Step 10
Top with jalapeno slices
Step 11
Bake the pizza for around 10-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and slightly darkened
Step 12
Pull the pizza out of the oven with your bare hands and cut it into 8 perfect slices with a metal pizza cutter. You'll probably also want to place the pizza on something first like a big red serving platter
