Gorgonzola Cheese Sauce

Base Gorgonzola cheese sauce. Excellent base cream sauce. Can be modified to work with many sides, or marry a side to an entree. Works equally well with fish, pork, poultry, or beef.

Step 1

Place gorgonzola cheese and butter in microwave safe bowl and warm in medium high for 30 seconds. Stir. Add time as needed until sauce is smooth. Add chives, salt, and pepper as desired to taste.
