Ingredients: 80g White sugar 160g packed brown sugar used dark brown sugar* 1/2 cup (112g) unsalted butter, melted 1/2 teaspoon (3g) kosher salt 1 whole egg (I use egg replacer) 1 egg yolk (I use egg replacer) 2 teaspoons (6g) vanilla extract 1.5 cups (200g) all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon (4g) baking soda 4 ounces dark chocolate, chopped (60-70 percent cacao) Method: 1. Mix Flour, Salt and Baking Soda; Whisk to combine. 2. In another bowl, Combine both sugars with stand mixer with paddle attachment; add in melted butter, once combined add eggs (including yolk) and vanilla extract. Mix on medium until combined. 3. Add in flour mixture to wet mixture till combined. 4. Fold in Chocolate 5. Cover with wrap and let rest for 30 minutes in fridge. 6. Preheat oven to 356F, line tray with baking paper and scoop mixture onto tray. 7. Baked for 10-11 mins
