Instructions

Step 1
BOBA PEARLS: Pour 5 Cups of Water into Instant Pot. Sauté on High, once water starts to boil, add Boba Pearls & stir quick. Seal lid; hit cancel to turn off Sauté mode. Set High Pressure (2 Min.); when timer is up, wait 5 Min. before setting to natural release. Open lid; pour the boba pearls into a strainer & rinse quickly with cold water.
Step 2
Meanwhile, mix Brown Sugar & ¼C water into sm. sauce pan, heating on low until sugar dissolves to create syrup; pour into lg. bowl. After rinsing cooked boba pearls, place into syrup & stir well. Let sit (10 min.) before using. (It’s best to use boba within 2 hr.)
Step 3
BUBBLE MILK TEA; Steep 8 Black Tea Bags in 4C boiling water (10 min.). Remove tea bags, stir in 2T sugar; cool to room temp. (Use more or less sugar to taste, but remember baba is sweetened). Add 1C milk; stir well. Scoop the boba pearls into 4 drinking glasses, add ice & milk tea. Enjoy!
