1 Tbsp avocado oil
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to boil then add oil and macaroni
Step 2
Cook just under package instruction time
Step 3
Drain macaroni and add 1 Tbsp butter and set aside

On stovetop melt 8 Tbsp butter
Step 5
Add flour, salt, pepper and paprika and whisk until smooth and bubbling
Step 6
Slowly stir in half and half and evaporated milk
Step 7
Bring to a boil for 2 minutes
Step 8
Add cheese and stir on low until melted
Step 9
Add macaroni and mix. Put into baking dish, add cheddar cheese topping and bake until golden and bubbly.
