Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl cream butter and brown sugar
Step 2
Add egg & vanilla to creamed mixture and mix.
Step 3
Combine dry ingredients and then add to wet and mix well! Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes so you can work with dough.
Step 4
Form 1" dough balls and then place them on baking sheet and smash slightly and add 1 tsp pecans to top of dough just before baking at 325 for 8 minutes.
Step 5
Follow cooking instructions for icing and let cookies cool for 2 minutes before you add icing!
