Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Pour into a 13x9 baking pan. Combine cake mix with the melted butter. (I use the same bowl to save on clean up.) Stir with a fork until cake is moistened. Looks like chunky crumbs. Sprinkle on top of pumpkin mixture. Top cake mixture with the Chopped walnuts. Bake at 350 for 50- 60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
