Instructions

Prepare the Mustard Seeds

Step 1
Cover the mustard seeds with the orange juice and let sit overnight.

For the Sauce

Step 2
Zest and juice the oranges.
Step 3
Combine the cloves, cardamom, and peppercorns in a flavor bundle by wrapping them in cheese cloth and tying with cooking twine.
Step 4
In a pot combine the sugar, water, orange juice, orange zest, mustard seeds, flavor bundle, and cranberries. Cook on medium low (223°F) until the sauce forms a thick syrup consistency.
Step 5
Add a pinch of salt and splash of white wine vinegar, and stir to combine.
