Cranberries and Applesauce
This is the only cranberry sauce/applesauce I will eat. I make it chunky that is why. I don’t like cranberry sauce nor applesauce. This is delicious with potato latkes or turkey! The sauce can be made 4 days ahead of time, or frozen for 4 months.

Instructions
Step 1
1. In a medium-sized saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon, water, and salt. Mix together.
Step 2
2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, stir occasionally until sugar is dissolved.
Step 3
3. Stir in cranberries and apples. Simmer for about 10 minutes until sauce is slightly thickened and cranberries begin to pop. Remove from heat and chill till serving.
