Step 1
In a bowl, separate yolks from whites then whip whites with a hand mixer for a couple of mins. Set aside.

In a bowl, add cream and whip for a couple of mins or until nice and fluffy. Set side.

In the meantime, add white chocolate on a shallow plate and melt it in the microwave for about 1 minute and a half. I recommend taking a break every 30 seconds and mix it with a spoon to prevent it from burning.

In a bowl add egg yolks and melted white chocolate and whip for a minute.

Add mascarpone cheese and mix for another minute.

Now use a spoon to gently incorporate whipped cream and whipped egg whites and set aside.

Add milk in a shallow dish then dip your biscuits for a couple of seconds.

Add 3 tablespoons of your cream on a shallow dish, layer your biscuits, cover with more cream, your wild berries and repeat until you finish all your ingredients.
