boiling
¼ tspbicarbonate soda
25gself raising flour
15protein powder
salted caramel
1 Tbsbrown sweetener
zero cal
20mlalmond milk
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Roughly chop the dates, add the boiling water and bicarb soda.
Step 2
Let the dates soften and mash with a fork until it becomes a paste
Step 3
Add the rest of the ingredients for the sponge and microwave for 1-2 mins or bake for 15mins at 180c
Step 4
Mix together and slightly heat up ingredients for the sauce and pour over the toffee sponge
