Don’t throw away your broccoli stems, instead cover them with flour and breadcrumbs and bake them in the oven to make them mamma mia 😍 I like to serve them with a vegan spicy mayo or tartare sauce and you can add some smoked paprika in the breadcrumbs to make your fries a bit spicy 🥵 Who is going to make them? 😋

In a bowl, add flour and water and mix with a whisk for a minute.

Dip your broccoli spears into the batter then cover with breadcrumbs.
