Instructions
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients together (if you use fine corn meal you will get a smoother flake if you use corse they will be more grainy)
Step 2
Let hydrate for at least 15 mins
Step 3
Spread evenly on a silicon mat
Step 4
Bake at 350f for 15 minutes
Step 5
Let cool enough to touch and tear into bit size pieces
Step 6
Bake at 250f for 1 hour
