Instructions

Step 1
Slowly melt the chocolate until smooth, add a pinch of salt and whisk in 2 tbsp coconut milk. If it splits don't panic! Fold in the pumpkin seeds, raisins, rice cakes and marshmallows. Roll into balls using your hands, freeze for 15 minutes then dust in cocoa powder. Store in the fridge.
