Instructions

Step 1
In a heatproof bowl over boiling hot water on the stove, whip the egg yolks and sugar together until it becomes thick.

In a large bowl, mix the mascarpone and cream until incorporated.

Add the egg mixture into the cream mixture and mix until incorporated.
Step 4
Combine the coffee and rum mixture and dip ladyfingers into it.

Add toppings of your choice.
