Step 1
Preheat oven to 250.
Step 2
Add oats, nuts, seeds, brown sugar and spices to large bowl. Stir.

Almond⅓ cup
all-purpose flour⅔ cups
Brown sugar½ cup
cinnamon ground1 ½ tsp
nutmeg½ tsp
Step 3
Add butter, honey, peanut butter to small bowl, microwave, and stir until smooth. Add vanilla and stir.

Step 4
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Line large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour mixture onto sheet pan and spread into thin even layer.
Step 6
Bake at 250, for 75min stirring half way through.
Step 7
Let cool completely before storing.
