Instructions
Step 1
In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, cornstarch and water
Step 2
Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat and add oil. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Step 3
Add beef and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 4
Add sauce, toss and cook for 3 minutes, or until broccoli is just tender.
