Tequila peach and blueberry pie

Had some blueberry’s and peach’s that were going bad so I decided to bake pie and why not add tequila

Instructions

Step 1
Add Flour, sugar, salt and crisco to stand mixer mix on low for about 1 minute
Step 2
Add butter and let it mix for 1 more minute then add water sometimes you might need more or less water so just keep and eye out for the right consistency.
Step 3
Once your dough is formed separate into 2 balls and wrap with plastic wrap and let them rest for 1 hour before rolling out
Step 4
For the filling cut your peaches however you want and add them to a small pot along with the rest of the water ingredients for the filling and cook on medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then add your cornstarch slurry to thicken it let it cool down
Step 5
Roll out your dough into circles until it’s 1 inch thick then place the first dough in pie pan
Step 6
Add the filling and speed evenly and place the second dough on top and press edges together cutting off any excess dough
Step 7
Brush egg wash on top and bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes
Step 8
Let your pie rest for about 30 minutes and enjoy
