Instructions

Step 1
Wash the rocket and the berries.
Step 2
Get a bowl and put the rocket in.
Step 3
Squeeze in the lemon, using your hand as a sieve to catch any pips (or the usual lemon squeezer), and mix through, along with the olive oil.
Step 4
Add in the berries and top with the walnuts/pumpkin seeds. Enjoy!
