Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 325 degrees.
Step 2
Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Step 3
Cream sugar & butter in a large bowl until light & fluffy.
Step 4
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Step 5
In a small bowl, mash bananas with a fork.
Step 6
Mix in milk & cinnamon.
Step 7
In another bowl mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda & salt.
Step 8
Add banana mixture to creamed mixture & stir until combined.
Step 9
Add dry ingredients, mixing until flour just disappears.
Step 10
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Step 11
Bake bread for 60-70 minutes.
Step 12
Until a toothpick comes out clean.
Step 13
Cool for 15 & remove from pan.
