This is honestly the easiest recipe ever, you add all the ingredients in a bowl, transfer in a baking tray and bake until mamma mia 🤤
It is perfect for a quick dinner, you can use it a replacement for bread and it is the perfect preparation for a picnic! 🧺
For a vegan alternative, simply replace cheese with the same amount of nutritional yeast! 🌱

Ingredients

370gpotatoes
325gwater
200gall purpose flour
60gParmigiano cheese
1 teaspoonsalt
50gextra virgin olive oil
fresh rosemary

To GARNISH
Instructions
Step 1
Peal your potatoes then grate them in a bowl.
Step 2
Add water, flour, Parmigiano, salt, extra virgin olive oil and rosemary and mix everything with a spoon.
Step 3
Transfer your potato mixture on a baking tray previously lined with parchment paper.
Step 4
Drizzle some more extra virgin olive oil on top and grated cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes (200C/390FF). Buon appetito!
