Instructions
Step 1
Mix in bowl 220ml milk, ½ tsp vanilla, 1 egg, 50g sugar, 50g melted butter, and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Add gradually 500g flour and 2 ¼ tsp yeast.
Step 3
Cover and let rise for 2 hours.
Step 4
Mix 110g softened butter, 90g sugar, 4 tsp cinnamon.
Step 5
Roll out dough into rectangle and spread cinnamon filling evenly.
Step 6
Roll rectangle and cut into buns. Place in buttered pan. Cover and let rise for an hour.
Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes at 190°C.
Step 8
Heat 100ml milk and 30g sugar until reduced. Brush on buns while hot and serve.
