Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. Slice margarine (or spread, if soft) onto bottom of 9”x13” dish. Toss together peaches, ½ cup sugar, and almond extract. Spread evenly over margarine in dish. Combine flour, ½ cup sugar, whipping cream, and baking powder. Pour or spread batter over peaches and stir to marble peaches and batter. Bake until golden brown, 35 to 40 min. (a little more). Garnish with whipped cream or ice cream, if desired.

Can also use with blackberries or blueberries.
