Rose Avocado Pudding — Lahb Co. Eats
Avocados have been used as a dessert for centuries, all around the world! This recipe is inspired by my Puerto Rican and Moroccan heritage. This sweet treat is quick, delicious, and healthy- perfect for any summer day. This version uses rose water to add a beautiful medley of floral notes. Cinnamon

Instructions
Step 1
To begin, source the ripest avocados you can find. I like to refrigerate them before blending but room temperature avocados work as well. Remove the pits and add the avocado to a blender. Also, add the honey, milk of choice, rose water, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
If the mixture is a little finicky with blending, add an additional 1 tablespoon of milk to help things get moving.
Step 3
Blend all of the until creamy. Taste and adjust the seasoning per your liking (more sweetness, more cinnamon, etc)
Step 4
Chill in the fridge or serve straight in a bowl. Garnish with coconut yogurt, fresh fruit, a dash of cinnamon, and flaky sea salt.
