Vegan Sugar free Spicy Tofu Chocolate Mousse
5 steps
Prep:10minCook:5min
I am especially proud of this recipe! I call it "Jakob´s Chocolate Mousse", since my boyfriend brought it to live. It was further inspired by a "24 spices ice cream" we ate in Morocco. This is an absolutely guilt free vegan treat with no artificial sugars and no fat or harsh processing involved. On top of it, the tofu base provides protein and the spices add important plant chemicals. Let me know what you think!
