½ teaspoonground cumin

1 tablespoontomato paste

1 x 15 ozcan chickpeas
drained and rinsed

½ cupvegetable stock
or water

cayenne
to taste

¼ cuppine nuts

1 x 5 ozchard
bag, or spinach

1can chickpeas
rinsed and drained

⅔ cupnut butter
artisana is our favourite brand because of pure and the extra creaminess especially the cashew butter is heavenly

⅔ cupcoconut sugar
2 Tbspmellow yellow mix

1 tsppure vanilla extract

cinnamon sugar
it’s such an autumn thing blend of maple sugar and cinnamon

1 ½ cupschickpea flour
or you can grind your chickpeas in a blender yourself

½ cupspinach
pre-cooked, such as, or broccoli, optional, chop them small and set aside

¼ cupnutritional yeast

¼ cupground flax seed

2 teaspoonsbaking powder

1 ½ tspras el hanout seasoning
or to taste, honestly, whatever spice you like, this middle eastern blend is a favourite of mine because it has coriander, turmeric, salt, cloves, and pepper, all organic and a great balance
