Mango Habanero Air Fryer Wings
11 steps
Prep:10minCook:20min
Been working on my spice tolerance and I was told to try these mango habanero wings...and I am glad I did. These wings are cooked to crispy perfection in the air fryer and then tossed in a sweet, spicy, sticky homemade sauce. The sauce definitely stole the show, but these wings have a ton of flavor packed in each bite! You have to try them!

2 Tbspcornstarch
Mango Habanero Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 375 degrees.

Step 2
In a large bowl add your wings. Pat dry with paper towel. Add your olive oil and season with jerk seasoning, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Step 3
Once you've seasoned your wings well, add the cornstarch, making sure to mix all over the wings (until you see no more powder).

Step 4
Place in a single layer and air fry for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Step 5
In a blender add your mango, habanero, apple cider vinegar, lime juice, paprika and honey. Blend until smooth.

Step 6
Place a saucepan over medium heat and add the butter to the pan. Once the butter melts, pour the blended mango habanero sauce into the pan. Bring the mixture to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

Step 7
Taste and adjust, adding more honey to reduce the spice level. You can add more honey to cut the spice level.
Step 8
Remove the sauce from the heat. Scoop out ⅓ cup of the sauce and set aside for serving with the wings.
Step 9
Add the cooked wings to the sauce pan and toss the wings until all the wings are evenly coated.
Step 10
Air fry for another 3-5 minutes, until the sauce is caramelized.
Step 11
Serve with your mango habanero dipping sauce and enjoy!
