Instructions

Step 1
Separate 6 eggs. NO yolks in whites.
Step 2
Blend yolks. Add scant ¼ cup of sugar. Set aside.
Step 3
Whip whites at high speed until stiff. Blend scant ½ cup sugar into whites gradually.
Step 4
Blend yolk mixture into whites at high speed. Reduce to low speed and add 1 pint of heavy cream.
Step 5
Blend in 1 pint of milk at low speed.
Step 6
Reduce mixer to lowest setting and add 1 pint of whiskey (at a dribbling rate).
Step 7
Serve with nutmeg if desired. Refrigerate batch. Stays for 2-3 days.
