Instructions

Step 1
For the dough, combine dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add butter and milk to another bowl and microwave for about 10-15 seconds or until it reaches 105-110 degrees. Add to dry ingredients and stir until dough forms. Turn out onto floured work surface and knead for 2-3 minutes or until smooth and springs back when touched. Cover with clean towel and let sit until doubled in size, 45-60 minutes.
Step 2
To make the filling, combine all ingredients except the crushed cookie in a small bowl. Set aside. Grease an 8 oz ramekin with butter.
Step 3
Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and into a 9x6 inch rectangle. Spread the filling evenly over the top and sprinkle with cookie. Slice lengthwise into 3 strips. Roll one strip into a tight coil. Place onto the second strip and roll again. Repeat with third strip and place into ramekin. Cover with towel and let rise for 30-45 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 4
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until brown and cooked through.
Step 5
Make the glaze by whisking all ingredients in a small bowl until smooth. Let the roll cool for 5-10 minutes before glazing. Garnish with more crushed cookies if desired.
