Instructions
Step 1
Empty jiffy mix into bowl and mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper
Step 2
Dice serrano (take out seeds for less heat or even change to a jalapeno) and add to jiffy mix
Step 3
Add cheese to jiffy mix and make sure everything is thourghly mixed
Step 4
In a sprayed 9 in by 13in pan pour in jiffy and level out preheat oven to 400 f.
Step 5
Place hot dogs on top of jiffy mix and push in a little make sure no hot dogs are touching. Put in oven and cook until a toothpick comes out clean in center of corn bread.
