Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat to 375. Frozen spinach: thaw and then wrap in clean towel and squeeze to extract liquid. Set aside. 2. Place artichokes in large bowl and smash with fork. Remove any tough leaves. Add spinach. Add cream cheese, Mayo, shredded cheeses, garlic, pepper, and stir until combined. 3. Scoop into pie plate and smooth the top. Sprinkle the dill and paprika on top. 4. Bake until bubbling and hot about 20 mins. Turn the broiler to high and broil until top is nicely browned.
