Instructions

Step 1
Open the pot cover, pour olive oil into pot and cover the pot, then select the Slow Stir Menu key, with the temperature at 100°C, open the pot after heating for 30 seconds.

Add garlic for saute, and add mushrooms, salt and pepper to cook for 1 minute

Add half-cup of chicken soup, boil mushrooms for about 4 minutes. Take out for standby.

Then add rice and cook till translucence for about 2 minutes;

Add wine, salt and pepper, continue to cook till most of liquid is absorbed by rice

Pour double-boiled soup into rice, and boil for 20 minutes

Add mushrooms, parmesan cheese and parsley, and mix them evenly
